This training is open to members of the West Midlands Social Work Teaching Partnership. Please see below our Partner organisations.
Are you a social worker, senior practitioner, or team manager who has been in practice for at least 2 years, but is feeling disillusioned and disconnected from the profession? Are you facing a crossroads in terms of your career planning?
This 4-session course is designed to support your development as a social work practitioner, focusing on your well-being, resilience, and professional growth. Through a combination of reflection, discussion, and skill-building, we'll explore the challenges that arise in social work practice and equip you with strategies and leadership models to overcome them.
Please note this course requires you to attend all 4 of the following dates.
Wednesday 19th March 10:00am-1:30pm
Wednesday 26th March 10:00am-1:30pm
Wednesday 02nd April 10:00am-1:30pm
Wednesday 09th April 10:00am-1:30pm
Once you have received confirmation of a space you will be sent meeting invites for each training session.
