Being in social work means you’re likely to experience trauma or vicarious trauma — but you don’t have to carry it alone.
In this workshop, you’ll:
-Understand how trauma shows up in the workplace and its impact
-Learn to spot and respond to signs of trauma in yourself and others
-Get time for reflection to create a personalised trauma-informed self-care plan — because your well-being matters too!
