About the Event

Open to Social Work Team Managers/ Social Work Senior Practitioners/ Practice Educators/ On Site Supervisors (anyone with supervisory responsibilities for social work students) across Adult and Childrens Services within the West Midlands Social Work Teaching Partnership. Please see below our Partner organisations. 

Join Shabnam Ahmed, (a registered social worker with a background in facilitating training across several social work topics) where you will learn theories which will help you to understand key elements of supervision and models which facilitate reflective supervision. You will gain practical tools to support you in your role as a supervisor, giving you the confidence to provide high quality supervision which considers the wellbeing of your staff. 

Shabnam uses creative, fun and thought provoking material and methods to engage her participants.
